We will answer all of your questions and gain a better understanding of your personal situation to confirm that we’re the right program for you. We treat all alcohol and drug addiction, as well as co-occurring disorders. Take the Private Tour
We invite you and any loved ones to tour our facility and meet with our staff to get a first-hand look at our accommodations and better understand our program. This is certainly not a requirement of admission, but we welcome you to do so.

Men and Women Residential Treatment

Funding is available for San Bernardino and Riverside County Residents who qualify.


Residential Treatment, ASAM 3.1      $147 per day (initial deposit $2,058)

 Residential Treatment, ASAM 3.5      $279 per day (initial deposit $3,906) 

Initial non-refundable deposit for first 14 days due upon entry; 
subsequent payments due weekly in advance of treatment.


Withdrawal Management 

Funding is available for San Bernardino  and Riverside County Residents who qualify.

$179 per day (initial deposit $1,253)

Initial non-refundable deposit for first 7 days due upon entry;

however, if fewer than 7 days are necessary as authorized by Medical Director,

patient may apply unused balance to residential treatment. 

Suboxone (optional) - additional  $150.00 (one-time fee)
 

Maple House
Women with Children Residential Treatment
Funding available for San Bernardino County Residents who qualify. 

Woman with Children/Perinatal $311 per day (initial deposit of $4,354)

Initial non-refundable deposit for first 14 days due upon entry; 
subsequent payments due weekly in advance of treatment.


Outpatient Treatment
Funding available for San Bernardino County Residents who qualify.
$60 enrollment fee plus one-time $50 drug testing fee
Payments are due weekly based on a sliding fee scale.*


* Limited partial or full scholarships may be available for those who do not qualify for funding or have the means to pay.


Payments are due as listed.  Cedar House desires to make treatment affordable and accessible.  If you need assistance or to make other arrangements, please notify your intake counselor to see what options are available to you.  Absent of any other prior written arrangements, the above payments are expected as listed and any payments outstanding will be referred to a collection agency. 

 


Priority admission to substance abuse disorder treatment is given to:

- Pregnant intravenous drug users

- Other pregnant women who need treatment

- Other intravenous drug users

- All others who need treatment
